Youth Groups

Clontarf Parish has 3 very active youth groups catering for ages from 4 right up to 18. The Klub The Klub is for 4-7 year olds: they are an active bunch who meet weekly on Wednesdays from 4-5. The group does arts and crafts, memory verses, Bible stories, cooking, as well as sports and games. This is a great group and new members are always welcome!

Wired Wired is the group for 8-11 year olds and meets from 6-7 every Sunday. This group enjoys sports, discussions about faith and how that works in everyday life, and outings including bowling, ice skating and the cinema. A group full of enthusiasm and activity – again new members are more than welcome!

Connect Connect is the biggest of the groups and caters for 12+. This group also meets on Sundays from 7:30 till 9:30. The members join in discussions and debates about life, relationships and school, image and identity. This group has been built almost entirely on relationships and is a friendly group who are welcoming and enthusiastic about exploring and learning more about our faith, God and life and how they all combine.

Fused: This is a new group for 2008/9 and is made up of all the young people being confirmed at Easter. It is great fun mixed with learning about our faith and Church.
